It's contemporary design of sleek lines and use of glass throughout from the living areas through large glass sliding doors to ocean view balconies and balcony rails make for an unmatched and uninterrupted direct view of the beach and ocean in front. There are no structures, columns, nothing to block the view when sitting or lounging on balconies.  You'll appreciate that feeling of indoor/outdoor connection that the experience gives compared to similar properties.
 
From the large powered secure entry gate, through the private driveway into the secure parking area, you know you have arrived at a beachfront residence a step above the rest. The red-hooded main entrance doors beckon into the cool, comfortable reception and seating area and beyond that the elevator and beach access hallway. Out in front is the main swimming pool, splash pool and bubbler jacuzzi fringed by the immaculately maintained beachfront gardens with coconut palms and umbrellas for shade. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs and there is a short garden pathway leading onto the fine white sand beach which is never crowded. The property has an open-air entertainment and tanning deck on the third floor equipped with BBQ facilities. For the fitness enthusiast, Ocean One has the finest fitness facilities and equipment of any property on the south coast so much so that the gym is split between two floors.  The first floor has the 'cardio' equipment and the second floor, the weights and resistance equipment. Both are fully air-conditioned with bathroom and shower facilities.  The Bougainvillea Hotel is next door and offers our guests and owners a convenient option for dining or relaxing at their beachfront restaurant and bar.  Two minutes’ walk from the property is a grocery convenience for all the basics and also other restaurants, bars and more.
 
All the apartments at Ocean One come standard with incredible direct ocean views, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, telephone, wireless internet, flat screen Cable TV and complete italian marble high-end kitchens including laundry facilities.  For a luxury self-catering holiday in a beautiful, un-crowded and peaceful location, nothing comes close to Ocean One.  While many west coast beaches have been depleted by nature and are getting smaller and smaller, the section of Maxwell Beach which Ocean One is on is long, wide, with absolutely gorgeous fine white sand and is fantastic for swimming.  You will never have to worry about beach crowding in this location either as a huge section of the beachfront remains undeveloped whereas many other beaches nearby and on the west coast have numerous properties and hotels along their length.  Many similar condo properties are also directly on the main road and can be affected by traffic noise.  This is not the case with Ocean One which is located off the main road on the Maxwell Coast Road.  The long private driveway to the property also means the building itself is a good distance from the access road which further adds to the exclusivity, peace and quiet you will experience.
